What tools are available besides Google Analytics that will show me clicks to my site?

I'm using Google Analytics now, but there must be other tools out there to see how I'm doing, any ideas?

That’s awesome because this information is usually something only Paid Campaigns receive. Using this information, you may determine:

It’s to change our SEO strategy due to low positioning for words receiving high click through
