Don’t spam and make it unique. I’ve found that websites delivering a real “message” in their title/description have far better rankings than those that simply spam the tags with keywords. Google may look at the weight of keywords relative to “natural” words and give more weight to sites using “natural” words rather than keywords or words related to keywords. They have a great synonym database so they know when you are just throwing in variations of words you've already mentioned.

Deliver a real message and try putting in a keyword or two afterwards, if necessary.
